Information on handling the coronavirus (COVID-19) at Fraunhofer IGCV

The coronavirus has arrived in Germany and Bavaria. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the spread of COVID-19 a pandemic.

On March 17, the Robert Koch Institut (RKI) set the risk assessment of the new coronavirus for the health of Germany's population to »high«.

All citizens are affected by Chancellor Angela Merkel's and Prime Minister Markus Söder's call to cancel all unnecessary events and refrain from social contacts. For health reasons, the Fraunhofer IGCV has also decided to suspend business trips and events until further notice. In this way, we contribute to slow down the spread of the coronavirus and the people's protection.

If you have any questions regarding a planned appointment at the Fraunhofer IGCV, please do not hesitate to contact your direct contact person. We try to offer alternatives, and we will find a solution for every case.

Of course, we will keep you informed about all changes and short-term updates.
