The casting divisions of both the Fraunhofer IGCV and the TUM Chair of Forming Technology and Casting Engineering took the opportunity of the world's leading trade fair for casting technology to present themselves to the public as the Casting Technology Munich. The debut was very successful.

Visitors showed great interest in the exhibits and the research focus of the two institutes. The employees were pleased with the large number of new contacts and the opportunity to cultivate contacts during GIFA 2019 in Düsseldorf.
